Founded by Todd Whiteford and Courtney Brennan, The Good Coffee Cartel was built with a purpose: to cut new trails in the speciality coffee industry, with an environmental conscience and the intention to always do GOOD things.
Since they started in 2017, The Good Coffee Cartel have been at the forefront of zero-waste coffee packaging. Wholesale customers receive coffee in reusable pails while retail customers receive coffee in reusable (refillable!) tins. When these tins reach the end of their life they can be recycled infinitely. In Scotland, they were also the first coffee shop to pioneer a reusable cup-exchange system.
When it comes to sourcing their coffee, they only partner up with green bean suppliers who actively put in place processes at origin to ensure sustainability for the farmer.
